There are no refunds or exchanges ‒ all sales are final. Haney Haunted House reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. Prices and operating schedule are subject to change without notice. All attractions are subject to temporary maintenance, safety, or weather-related shutdowns. In the event of an earthquake, fire, power outage, flood, severe weather, public safety emergency, false alarm, or any other unforeseen circumstance that causes Haney Haunted House to shut down, Haney Haunted House is not responsible for issuing a refund to ticket holders. For the safety of all guests and staff, Haney Haunted House may implement additional security checks, crowd control measures, or emergency evacuations as deemed necessary. Any guest refusing to comply with safety protocols, security personnel, or posted rules may be denied entry or removed from the property without refund. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to: fighting, harassment, intoxication, possession of weapons, vandalism, or any conduct deemed dangerous by management.
